Women’s Mental Health
Women move through profound changes across the lifespan—and each one leaves its mark on the mind and body.
For some, the challenge lives in the reproductive years: the heartbreak of fertility struggles, a complicated pregnancy, the tender unraveling of postpartum, or the monthly weight of PMS and PMDD. For others, it arrives further along the arc—the shifting ground of perimenopause and menopause. And for many women, the difficulty isn't tied to any single season at all, but to the ongoing experience of moving through the world in a woman's body, mind, and life.
I specialize in working with women and holding all of it at once: the biological changes she may be experiencing through her cycle and reproductive life, the psychological weight she carries alongside them, and the social demands, expectations, and challenges that come with holding the many roles so many women carry.
My approach is holistic. It honors the psychological impact of these passages while making room for something deeper: the truth that women's distress is so often shaped by forces larger than us. Together we create space to name what's really happening—the impossible beauty standards, the fraught relationship with the body, the quiet depletion of living and mothering inside a patriarchal culture, so often without the support of a village.
If something here resonates, I'd love to connect.
