Emily Rose Heard, LMFT

 I am a California licensed marriage and family therapist, offering a holistic, depth-oriented approach to psychotherapy and coaching.

My work is grounded in a somatic perspective, with a focus on trauma treatment that integrates mind, body, and spirit.

I draw from evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, IFS, and ketamine-assisted therapy to support deep healing.

I believe in the power of self-compassion and self-acceptance as cornerstones of the therapeutic process. My goal is to create a nurturing a compassionate, relational space for you to feel seen, heard, and understood.
